Examples of live fire sessions -
1 hour foundation session - Generate metrics using specific drills, identify areas for improvement, communicate & implement functional drills.
2 hour basic session - Customer provides us with video of stage performance & short brief for any specific areas requiring improvement (if known). We identify level of skill & biggest areas for improvement before coaching session to maximise time.
4 hour advanced session - As above with additional areas identified & deeper work on advanced technique.
Post match technique clinic - Requires access to the range with the stages after the match. Identify key areas for improvement from match videos, implement & practice drills on stage to refine technique. Use stages to identify different ways of shooting & test different techinques.
Match Companion
The big one. Best value if a couple of people invest. As a minimum we will (where possible)
Meet you at the venue the day before the match to observe & plan stages
Discuss stage plans, technical strategies & the psychological aspects of match performance
Act as your personal coach on the day (our focus is you but we will shoot if requested)
Talk through application of skill, match mindset, pre-match & pre-stage routines
Post match video analysis
Identify areas for improvement & implement personalised development plan
